The modern workshop at our location in Ramsau in the Zillertal valley is specially equipped for the needs of recreational vehicles. Multiple lifting platforms enable extensive service, maintenance and repair work to be carried out. This allows motorhomes up to 7.5 tonnes and caravans to be professionally serviced.
Workshop and service
At the Customer Centre West in Elsdorf, we offer you a comprehensive workshop and service package for motorhomes, caravans and utility trailers. As a specialist for AL-KO VT systems, we provide professional retrofit installation, maintenance and repairs for a wide range of chassis, comfort and safety solutions.
Our services include retrofitting and installing selected support, chassis, suspension, manoeuvring and safety systems from AL-KO VT.
This includes among others HY4, HY2, LevelM, LevelM Pro, LevelVan, LevelC, ACS, ATC, UP4, MAMMUT and RANGER. We also install rear carrier systems and towbars, and provide advice on our universal and two-wheeler trailers as well as the AKS™ 3004 stabiliser coupling.
We are also your trusted partner for maintenance and repairs. We carry out brake servicing for utility trailers and caravans, repairs and maintenance of AL-KO VT axles, chassis and components for motorhomes, caravans and utility trailers, as well as axle repairs and work on the AAA Premium Brake. Our offering also includes chassis uprating for motorhomes and caravans.

Directly on the AL-KO VT company premises, several pitches for caravans and motorhomes are available in a secured area. Electricity connections can be used free of charge. If you arrive in the evening or at night, you will receive an access code for the barriers.
