Harald Hiller
President & CEO of AL-KO VT Group
Harald Hiller has been President & CEO of the AL-KO VT Group since 2016, with responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the entire Group. He is also a member of the DexKo Leadership Team. Harald Hiller has an almost thirty-year track record of success in top management roles at technology corporations. Since 2006, he has already been responsible for the European and international business of AL-KO VT. Previously, he was Senior Vice President Logistics and Production for AL-KO VT in Europe (1999-2006), as well as Vice President of the main plants in Kötz (1996-1999). Harald Hiller started his career as Head of Production and Electronics Manufacturing at Mannesmann Tally and as Technical Director at Heidolph Instruments. He holds degrees in Engineering and Business Engineering from the Universities of Applied Sciences Ulm and Rendsburg.
Erich Keilich
CFO of AL-KO VT Group
Erich Keilich took over as CFO of the AL-KO VT Group in September 2024. The economics graduate was most recently CFO of the CPI Group Germany in Ulm. Previously, as CFO of Bauknecht Hausgeräte GmbH, he was responsible for pioneering projects in corporate development, process optimisation and cost efficiency. Before his time at Bauknecht, the economics graduate held varied and international roles in the Finance division at General Motors.
Dr Mahmud Al-Haj Mustafa
COO of AL-KO VT Group
Dr Mahmud Al-Haj Mustafa has been Chief Operating Officer of the AL-KO VT Group since 2025. He is responsible for the management, control and organisation of Production, Quality, SCM, Logistics, EHS, Industrial Engineering and Purchasing worldwide. The Group’s production site managers report directly to him. Previously, Dr Mahmud Al-Haj Mustafa spent more than seven years at Wilo SE, a leading premium manufacturer of pumps and pump systems, where he was responsible worldwide for 40 production sites. Before that, he spent 18 years in the automotive supply industry in operational functions at well-known Tier-1 and Tier-2 manufacturers. Dr Mahmud Al-Haj Mustafa holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After completing his studies, he earned a doctorate in the field of artificial intelligence.
