At the AL-KO VT Customer Centre North in Neuenkirchen-Vörden, you will receive advice, installation, maintenance and repairs for motorhomes, panel vans and caravans. In the approximately 500-square-metre exhibition area, you can view selected carrier and accessory systems. A waiting area and garden are available for your stay. Our in-house parking space with electricity supply allows you to arrive the day before by prior arrangement.
Depending on availability, we can provide you with a replacement vehicle during your workshop appointment. A set mileage is included in the service; additional miles will be charged. Reservation is not possible. Animals are not permitted in the vehicle.

In our 500-square-metre showroom, we offer year-round advice and present all carrier system highlights as well as additional accessories for your recreational vehicle. You can also try out your desired product on site in a pleasant atmosphere.

Professional installations directly by the manufacturer
Technical accessories and retrofit solutions for motorhomes, caravans and panel vans can be selected to suit each individual vehicle. Our staff will assist you in choosing a suitable solution.
Our specialist workshop will take care of assembly and vehicle-specific adaptation. If a technical inspection is required after the conversion, we will coordinate this with a recognised testing organisation on request. Afterwards, we will explain how to operate the installed system.
Workshop and service
At the Customer Centre North in Neuenkirchen-Vörden we offer you a comprehensive range of workshop and services for motorhomes, caravans and commercial trailers. As a specialist in AL-KO VT systems, we take care of professional retrofitting, maintenance and repair of numerous chassis, comfort and safety solutions.
Our range of services includes the retrofitting and installation of selected support, chassis, suspension, manoeuvring and safety systems from AL-KO VT.
This includes, for example, HY4, HY2, LevelM, LevelM Pro, LevelVan, LevelC, Air Plus, Air Premium X2 and Air Premium X4, ACS, ATC, UP4, MAMMUT and RANGER. We also install rear carrier systems and towbars and advise you on our universal and two-wheel trailers as well as on the AKS™ 3004 stabiliser coupling.
We are also your competent contact for maintenance and repair. We carry out brake servicing on commercial trailers and caravans, repairs and servicing of AL-KO VT axles, chassis and components for motorhomes, caravans and commercial trailers as well as axle repairs and work on the AAA Premium Brake. Our range also includes permissible gross weight upgrades for motorhomes and caravans.
