Whether you need expert advice, professional retrofitting of innovative chassis, comfort and safety systems, or maintenance and repair – our experienced service technicians look after your motorhome, caravan or utility trailer with know-how and the utmost care.

    In our showrooms, you can discover AL-KO VT products and solutions and receive tailored advice for your vehicle and your requirements. Depending on the location, you’ll also find free parking spaces with power supply, free Wi-Fi, loan vehicles and refreshments to make your visit even more pleasant.

    At AL-KO VT customer centres, we offer a comprehensive range of services for motorhomes, panel vans, caravans and utility trailers. As the manufacturer, we know our systems in detail and support you with competent advice, professional retrofitting, and expert maintenance and repair.

    Our range of services includes the installation of modern chassis, comfort and safety systems, the installation of accessories, and service work on axles, chassis, and other AL-KO VT components. Depending on the location, we also offer wheel alignment, weight upgrades, or further specialised services.

    Workshop and service for caravans and trailers

    At our AL-KO VT customer centres, we offer you a comprehensive range of workshop and service options for caravans and trailers. From professional advice and installation of innovative AL-KO VT systems to maintenance and repair, our experienced service technicians support you with their expertise.

    Whether you want increased comfort on site, extra safety on the road, or proper maintenance of your vehicle – we make sure your caravan or trailer is perfectly prepared for your next trip. Discover our broad range of services and the right solutions for your needs.

    Support systems

    Depending on the location, our AL-KO VT customer centres will install either LevelC or UP4. LevelC automatically levels the caravan, while UP4 enables electric extension and adjustment of the steady legs.

    Manoeuvring systems

    By installing our MAMMUT and RANGER manoeuvring systems, we make manoeuvring your caravan easier and more convenient.

    Driving safety

    For compatible caravans, our service technicians retrofit ATC and AKS™ 3004. ATC stabilises the caravan in critical snaking situations, while the AKS™ 3004 dampens snaking and pitching movements.

    Maintenance and repair

    Whether axles, brakes, AL-KO VT chassis, AL-KO VT components or AAA Premium Brake: Depending on the location, our service team carries out professional maintenance and repair.

    Caravan weight upgrade

    We check on an individual basis whether and how your caravan can be upgraded to a higher permissible gross weight. Depending on the vehicle, technical modifications may be required. After this, the new weight figures may need to be officially approved and entered in the vehicle documents.

    Wheel alignment

    A professional wheel alignment supports the correct chassis settings and can contribute to stable handling as well as more even tyre wear.

    Workshop and service for motorhomes and panel vans

    Whether retrofitting, installation, maintenance or individual vehicle optimisation – at our AL-KO VT customer centres, we offer you a comprehensive service portfolio for motorhomes and panel vans. Our experienced service technicians provide expert advice and support you in selecting the right systems for your vehicle. From installing innovative support systems and chassis solutions to fitting high-quality rear carrier systems and practical transport solutions, you receive all services from a single source.

    We also carry out weight upgrades and wheel alignment to ensure your vehicle is perfectly tailored to your needs. With our many years of experience and expertise in AL-KO VT systems, we guarantee that you set off on your next journey safely, comfortably, and well-equipped.

    Rear carrier systems

    We install the rear carrier systems BASIC, LIGERO, VARIO and VELO for motorhomes, as well as AGITO TOP, AGITO 120, KAWA LIGHT and TRIGOVAN for panel vans.

    Support systems

    At the AL-KO VT Customer Centre, we install the LevelM, LevelM Pro, HY4, HY2 and LevelVan support systems. This enables you to level your vehicle comfortably and safely.

    Chassis and air suspension

    COMFORT DRIVE can be retrofitted to selected motorhomes based on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with AL-KO VT AMC chassis. The relevant PSM preparation is required. We will check suitability using your vehicle data.

    Universal and two-wheel trailers

    With the TRAIGO, WHEELY and WHEELY DUO transport systems, you can carry bicycles, scooters, motorbikes and other loads safely and comfortably.

    Motorhome uprating

    Our specialists individually check whether uprating your motorhome is possible. Key factors include the base vehicle, chassis and axle loads. We then advise you on the necessary measures.

    Motorhome wheel alignment

    A professional wheel alignment helps ensure correct chassis adjustment, which can result in more stable handling and more even tyre wear.
