Good to know: With selected AL-KO VT low-frame chassis, the frame can be lowered by up to 310 millimetres compared to the original frame. The lower frame height can make loading and unloading easier and offers additional scope for different body concepts.

Driver assistance systems such as ESC are also available depending on the vehicle and configuration and can support safety and comfort in day-to-day operations. Depending on the base vehicle and configuration, AL-KO VT chassis are available as high-frame or low-frame variants as well as two- or three-axle models. Suspension systems and accessories are also offered for selected vehicle variants. Technical features such as a wide track chassis, optimised damping and ESC ensure safe driving behaviour even under heavy loads.
The equipment can be customised in many areas, for example in frame length, wheelbase, track width and overhang. Hot-dip galvanised, bolted frame components ensure durability, corrosion protection and a service-friendly design that can help reduce fleet downtime.
AL-KO VT chassis as a basis for bespoke body solutions
