At the Customer Centre West in Elsdorf, we offer a comprehensive range of workshop and service options for motorhomes, caravans and commercial trailers. As a specialist for AL-KO VT systems, we professionally carry out retrofitting, maintenance and repair of numerous chassis, comfort and safety solutions.
Our service range includes retrofitting and installation of selected support, chassis, suspension, manoeuvring and safety systems from AL-KO VT.
These include HY4, HY2, LevelM, LevelM Pro, LevelVan, LevelC, ACS, ATC, UP4, MAMMUT and RANGER. We also install rear carrier systems and towbars and advise you on our universal and two-wheel trailers as well as the AKS™ 3004 stabiliser coupling.
We are also your competent partner for maintenance and repairs. We carry out brake servicing for commercial trailers and caravans, repairs and maintenance of AL-KO VT axles, chassis and components for motorhomes, caravans and commercial trailers, as well as axle repairs and work on the AAA Premium Brake. Our range is also complemented by weight upgrades for motorhomes and caravans.

Directly on the AL-KO VT premises, several pitches for caravans and motorhomes are available in a secured area. Free use of electricity connection is provided. If you arrive in the evening or at night, you will receive an access code to open the barriers.
