Harald Hiller has been President & CEO of the AL-KO VT Group since 2016 and is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the entire group of companies. He is also a member of the DexKo Leadership Team. Harald Hiller has an almost thirty-year track record of success in top management positions at technology corporations. Since 2006, he has already been responsible for the European and international business of AL-KO VT. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President Logistics and Production for AL-KO VT in Europe (1999-2006), as well as Vice President of the main plant in Kötz (1996-1999). Harald Hiller began his career as Head of Production and Electronic Manufacturing at Mannesmann Tally and as Technical Director at Heidolph Instruments. He holds degrees in Engineering and in Business Engineering from the Universities of Applied Sciences in Ulm and Rendsburg.

Erich Keilich took up the role of CFO of the AL-KO VT Group in September 2024. The graduate economist was previously CFO of the CPI Group Germany in Ulm. Before that, he was CFO of Bauknecht Hausgeräte GmbH, where he was responsible for ground-breaking corporate development, process optimisation and cost efficiency projects. Prior to his time at Bauknecht, the graduate economist worked in various international finance roles for General Motors.

Dr Mahmud Al-Haj Mustafa has been Chief Operating Officer of the AL-KO VT Group since 2025. His remit covers the management, steering and organisation of production, quality, SCM, logistics, EHS, industrial engineering and procurement worldwide. The group’s site managers report directly to him. Before joining AL-KO VT, Dr Mahmud Al-Haj Mustafa spent more than seven years at Wilo SE, a leading premium manufacturer of pumps and pump systems, where he was responsible globally for 40 production sites. Previously, he worked for 18 years in the automotive supply industry in operational roles with leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers. Dr Mahmud Al-Haj Mustafa holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and completed his doctorate in artificial intelligence after finishing his studies.
