If you are travelling a longer distance or want to plan your visit to the Customer Centre at your leisure, you will find a range of campsites and accommodation options for motorhomes and caravans in the area. This allows you to prepare for your appointment comfortably and make use of the manufacturer’s expertise on site without any time pressure.
Harbury Fields Farm Caravan Park is set in peaceful, rural surroundings near Leamington Spa and is ideal for customers wishing to combine their appointment at the AL-KO VT Customer Centre UK with a comfortable camping stay in Warwickshire. This family-run site offers 58 fully serviced pitches and provides comprehensive facilities for caravans and motorhomes.
- Location: On a farm near Harbury, about 15 minutes' drive from Leamington Spa. Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon are also within easy reach.
- Camping comfort: 58 hardstanding, fully serviced pitches with electricity, fresh water, and waste connection. A separate motorhome service point is also available.
- Sanitary facilities: Heated amenities with showers and toilets, accessible facilities, washing machine and dryer, and dishwashing areas.
- Leisure & relaxation: There is a circular farm walk for strolls, also suitable for guests with dogs.
- Excursions: Warwick Castle is about 15 minutes by car, Stratford-upon-Avon about 25 minutes.
- Ideal for: Customers who value a comfortably equipped pitch and a good base for visiting attractions throughout Warwickshire.
Lairhillock Touring Park is located between Coventry and Southam and offers peaceful accommodation for adults only. Motorhomes, caravans, and tents are welcome, making it a great base for a stay around a workshop or service appointment.
- Location: At the edge of the village of Marton between Coventry and Southam, about 500 metres from the A423.
- Camping comfort: Pitches for caravans and motorhomes, with camping opportunities for tents as well.
- Quiet atmosphere: Lairhillock Touring Park is an adults-only campsite and welcomes only adult guests.
- Dog friendly: Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times on site.
- Excursions: Thanks to its location and connections to the M1, M6, M40, and M69, Coventry, Rugby, Warwick, Leamington Spa, and Stratford-upon-Avon are all easily accessible.
- Ideal for: Adult customers who prefer a quiet, rural pitch for their stay.
Dog Lane Fishery is situated in the Warwickshire countryside near Southam and combines camping with several fishing lakes. The site is suitable both for an overnight stay around an appointment at the AL-KO VT Customer Centre and for customers looking for a relaxing extended break in the region.
- Location: Near Napton-on-the-Hill just outside Southam, surrounded by countryside and with views of Napton Hill.
- Camping comfort: The Lakeside area features 18 grass pitches with electric hook-up for caravans and motorhomes right on Willow Lake. The Meadowside area offers a large camping area for caravans, motorhomes, and tents.
- Sanitary facilities: Showers and toilets, including accessible amenities, are available onsite.
- Leisure & relaxation: Three fishing lakes, country walking paths, and views from nearby Napton Hill offer plenty of opportunities for a relaxed stay. A valid EA licence and separate day ticket are required for fishing.
- Catering: During the camping season, the First Bite Cafe is open on site.
- Good to know: The site is closed in January and February.
- Ideal for: Customers who want to combine their customer centre appointment with camping, walking, or fishing in a natural setting.

To further support the industry and foster technical excellence, AL-KO VT offers professional training courses. These programmes, aligned with National Caravan Council (NCC) standards, are specifically designed for service staff from trading partners as well as mobile technicians.
The training focuses on key subject areas including chassis and suspension systems, axle and running gear components, and hydraulic levelling systems. The aim is to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to install, maintain and efficiently diagnose and repair AL-KO VT systems safely.
